Delete a request draft

You can delete request drafts as you are creating them, by discarding them.

You can delete drafted requests after they are saved as drafts if you no longer find them relevant. You cannot recover deleted draft requests.

Access requirements

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Adobe Workfront plan*
Any
Adobe Workfront license*
Request or higher
Access level configurations*

Note: If you still don't have access, ask your Workfront administrator if they set additional restrictions in your access level. For information on how a Workfront administrator can change your access level, see Create or modify custom access levels.

*To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.

Prerequisites for deleting request drafts

You must do the following before you can delete a request draft:

Delete a request draft

  1. Click the Main Menu icon in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront.

  2. Click  Requests, then click Drafts in the left panel.

    All drafts for all request queues display in this list.

  3. (Optional) Click Filter by request type in the upper-right corner of the list of drafts, then select the request queue that contains the drafts you want to display.

  4. Select a draft in the list, then click Delete at the top of the list.

  5. Click Yes, Delete it.

    The draft is deleted and cannot be recovered.
