Proofs: Cannot generate proof

NOTE
This issue was fixed on November 9, 2023.

When a user attempts to generate a proof, the proof is not created, and the user sees the following error:

“Error generating proof”

This occurs when the user’s access level setting View Contact Info is set to Disabled.

Workaround

Add the document that you want to create a proof from to Workfront, then create the proof from the document in Workfront.
