Proofs: Approval options do not appear in Proofing Viewer

NOTE
The Product team is currently evaluating this issue resolution, which might require product enhancements. Product enhancements are communicated in the Product Announcements and not with the Maintenance Updates.

When a user attempts to approve a proof in the Desktop Proofing Viewer, soon after the approval was requested, the approval options are not visible, and the user cannot approve the proof. The approval options appear several hours after the approval was requested.

Workaround

Approve the document from the Document Details page in Workfront.
