So in this section we are going to use Adobe Express to create a front page of a newsletter. This could be used for printing or to mock up an email. So later it can be built into an HTML format. We can commence on the Adobe Express homepage. Go to the section employee engagement and you’ll immediately see newsletter as the first option in the carousel. You can always start from scratch, but we are going to use templates to have a design to kick us off. There are several templates here you can choose from. It just depends on your preference. But also think about the sort of elements you want on the page. A quick way to find the right template is to use the search box at the top and use a keyword that closely matches what you have in mind. From my search, I can see there are some really nice options. I quite like the design and look and feel of this. I’m just going to click on it to load it up. It comes with two pages with two different design styles, but I’m going to stick with the first page. Now that I’ve got all the elements on the page, I can start changing and editing as I see fit. Double click on any section to start editing. Seems like the entire page has been grouped, so the first thing I need to do is UN group so I can then edit the individual parts of the page. From here you can change the copy, the logo which I have stored in my brand kit, any colors on the page and so forth. I can also use Jenn-air to generate any images I may require. Please refer to the other Adobe Express videos within this series to learn more about that. Once you are ready with this, then simply invite colleagues. So they can view it online. Download it as a JPEG or invite the other users to collaborate so they can input other content such as copy and images.
