Working with multiple clips

To add a new clip, we can drag it from the media panel on the left hand side or drag it from our desktop or access it from brand kits or libraries and your place it next to the video that’s already on the timeline, creating a new scene.

We want to adjust the length of some of our video clips and we can just drag the handles on the left or right hand side to shorten or lengthen a video clip.

We can also add a transition by clicking the plus icon.

We can choose a dissolve splitting a clip. We’ll slice the clip wherever the play head is sitting.

We can now place videos in between the split clips, creating a new scene.
