In the scope of this demo, I would like to show you the new feature called Nodes for Seller and Buyer. This feature provides the ability to negotiate all of the discounts and terms for quote line items and send an exchange node between seller and buyer. To simplify this demo, I already submitted a quote with two items. So let’s go ahead and leave two nodes for two items from the buyer side. For the first item, I would like to leave a node that we would like to have 50% discount for this item.
Let’s submit this node.
So as you may see, this node is submitted for the first line item, so let’s leave a node for the second one. We would like to have $3 discount for this item. So let’s leave a node. As you may see, both nodes are visible. So let’s go ahead and send this quote review to seller. So it’s already sent. So let’s open it. So as you may see, on the admin side, we can see both comments from the buyer. So let’s leave a comment from the seller side. Let’s agree on your terms.
The first one.
And let’s leave a node for the second one. Let’s confirm that we can do $2 discount only. Let’s confirm it. Alright, so let’s send this quote with all of the nodes to the buyer.
The quote successfully sent, so let’s open it. And as you may see, we can review both comments from the buyer who requested 50% discount for this item and from the seller who agrees on those terms. And for the second item, the buyer wants $3 discount for it, but the seller can do $2 discount only. And all of these nodes are changed, locked into a history lock, so it should be pretty easy to track all of the conversations between seller and buyer and figure out what pie we have like final terms here. So let’s pick my chain. Thank you.
